Service Cancellation
Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) Services: In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a shipment that has not yet been picked up, we are happy to accommodate your request, and no charges will apply. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
Expedited Shipping Services: Cancellation or rescheduling of expedited shipments is subject to the specific terms and conditions agreed upon during the booking process. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Refund Eligibility
Booking Error: If a refund is requested due to a booking error on our end, such as incorrect dates or destinations, we will issue a full refund promptly.
